What’s the dress code for the evening?

For this exclusive event we’re asking guests to adhere to cocktail dresses and suits.

What’s the agenda for the evening?

  1. 6.45pm Welcome Drinks
  2. 7.30pm – 10.00pm Dinner & Guest Speaker
  3. 10.00pm Close
  4. 10.00pm – 12.00am Anyone who wishes to continue the celebrations with us, we will have access to the exclusive Long Bar until Midnight.

By Car

There is on-street parking available near the clubhouse, which is generally free after 6.30pm and on Sundays. More information is available on the Westminster City Council website.

Pall Mall is within the Congestion Charge and ULEZ zones. You can pay online on the Transport for London website. If you have an electric vehicle, you can register it with Transport for London and apply for an exemption from the Congestion Charge.

By Train

Pall Mall is within walking distance of Charing Cross, Victoria and Waterloo stations or taxis are readily available.

Nearest stations:

  • Charing Cross, 0.5 miles (10 minute walk)
  • Victoria, 1.0 miles (20 minute walk)
  • Waterloo, 1.2 miles (25 minute walk)

By Tube

The nearest tube stations are Green Park, Piccadilly and Charing Cross – all of which are within 10 minutes’ walk.

Is there car parking?

Q-Park Park Lane is a large underground car park situated beneath Hyde Park and outside of the Congestion Zone.

What is the access like at the venue?

The venue is wheelchair friendly with access ramps and a lift. For wheelchair access and any other assistance please let us know when you RSVP.

Can I take photos or videos?

Filming is only permitted in the Mountbatten room, there is no filming permitted in public areas as no photographs or video may be taken showing members or visitors in the club.
