How do I enter into the free prize draw?
Enter via the promotional website highlighted on Castrol social media channels e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter and via a QR code on point of sale.
How do I know if I have won?
A member of the Castrol team will be in touch after Monday 30th September 2024 if you have won. From there, we will discuss with you on how to collect your prize.
I don’t have a picture of my first car, can I still enter?
Absolutely! It’s all about the story, so put those memories to paper!
What can I win?
- £10,000 cash, with the suggestion to spend on vehicle maintenance, purchase or hire.
Can I win multiple times?
No, there is only one prize to be won.
Can I spend the cash on anything I choose?
It is suggested that the winner spends the money on car related purchases, this could be a deposit on a car, leasing a new car, new tyres etc. We will invite the winner to consent to publicity through Castrol social media to show how they have spent the prize money.
I won one prize but I would like a different one, can I swap?
All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
I can't submit my details to claim my prize, what should I do?

When can I expect to receive my prize?
Castrol aim to get your prize delivered by Thursday 31st October. A Castrol staff member will be in contact on how to redeem your prize.
What are the dates of the promotion?
The Promotion opens at 10:00 GMT on Monday 17th June 2024 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Monday 30th September 2024.
Who can play?
The promotion is open to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
How many times can I enter?
You can only enter once.
Why do you need my email address?

The promotion has closed, can I enter?
The promotion will run between 10:00 GMT on Monday 17th June 2024 and 23:59:59 GMT on Monday 30th September 2024. Unfortunately, outside of these times you cannot enter.
The website is not loading properly, what should I do?
- Check if your Internet access is currently connected, try using your device’s troubleshooting function if there are problems
- Ensure you can access other sites online
- Check the website address you have entered is correct and that you have entered it into the correct area in your browser – the promotional website is win.castrolredeem.com

When do I have to make my prize claim by?
You have to upload your story via the promotional website by 23:59:59 by Monday 30th September 2024.
I cannot see a section to input my address details for my prize to be delivered?
There will only be one winner. If you are the lucky winner, we will contact you on the email/telephone number you have provided to receive your delivery address.
