How do I enter into the free prize draw?

You must purchase a qualifying product in order to participate in this promotion. A qualifying product or service is, any 1 litre or 4 litre pack of Castrol Lubricants brought at a participating retailer. You enter by scanning the QR code on the shelf talker which will take you to the win.castrolredeem.com site and entering the mandatory details.

How do I know if I have won?

A member of the Castrol team will be in touch after 29th February if you have won. From there, we will discuss with you on how to collect your prize.

I have lost my receipt, what should I do?

That’s a pity, either go back to the store for a duplication, provide proof of purchase via a bank statement or purchase another product. The receipt will only need to be shown if you are a winner.

What can I win?

  • A TV worth up to the value of £4000. The winner can choose the TV from https://www.currys.co.uk/ not exceeding the value of £4000.
  • A surround sound system to the value of £1300. The winner can choose the TV from https://www.currys.co.uk/ not exceeding the value of £1300
  • HUSKY Budweiser HUS-HU253 Drinks Cooler – Red to the value of £149

Can I win multiple times?

No, there is only one prize to be won.

Is there a cash alternative?

Prizes cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

I won one prize but I would like a different one, can I swap?

All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

I can't submit my details to claim my prize, what should I do?

When can I expect to receive my prize?

Castrol aim to get all prizes delivered by 31st March 2024 At the time of shipment of your item, you will receive an email from win@castrol.com confirming your delivery tracking details. If you have not received your prize by 31st March 2024, please email win@castrol.com who will be on hand to help.

What are the dates of the promotion?

The promotion is running between 07:00 GMT on the 23rd January 2024 and 23:59:59 GMT on the 26th February 2024.

Who can play?

The promotion is open to England, Scotland and Wales residents, but not Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man). Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

How many times can I enter?

You can only enter once. A proof of receipt has to be provided if you have been chosen at random to be the winner.

Why do you need my email address?

The promotion has closed, can I enter?

The promotion will run between 07:00 GMT on the 23rd January 2024 and 23:59:59 GMT on the 26th February 2024. Unfortunately, outside of these times you cannot enter.

  • Scan the QR code that’s on the shelf talker (this is the little place card that hang off the shelf) or go to Scan the QR code on the card or go to win.castrolredeem.com
  • Enter your detail on the website
  • Do so by 23:59:59 GMT 29th February 2024

I cannot see a section to input my address details for my prize to be delivered?

There will only be one winner. If you are the lucky winner, we will contact you on the email/telephone number you have provided to receive your delivery address.
