You must purchase a qualifying product in order to participate in this promotion. A qualifying product or service is, any 1 litre or 4 litre pack of Castrol Lubricants brought at a participating retailer. You enter by scanning the QR code on the shelf talker which will take you to the win.castrolredeem.com site and entering the mandatory details.

A member of the Castrol team will be in touch after 30^th November if you have won. From there, we will discuss with you on how to collect your prize.

That’s a pity, either go back to the store for a duplication, provide proof of purchase via a bank statement or purchase another product. The receipt will only need to be shown if you are a winner.

No, there is only one prize to be won.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

Castrol aim to get all prizes delivered by 31st December 2023. At the time of shipment of your item, you will receive an email from win@castrol.com confirming your delivery tracking details. If you have not received your prize by 31st December 2023, please email win@castrol.com who will be on hand to help.

The promotion is running between 07:00 GMT on the 1^st November 2023 and 23:59:59 GMT on the 30^th November 2023.

The promotion is open to England, Scotland and Wales residents, but not Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man). Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

You can only enter once. A proof of receipt has to be provided if you have been chosen at random to be the winner.

There will only be one winner. If you are the lucky winner, we will contact you on the email/telephone number you have provided to receive your delivery address.
